Cancellation Policy

The client understands that membership packages are locked in; meaning you can not cancel the recurring payments. Expenses are non-recoverable by Mikah And Music, any amounts paid and due to Mikah And Music including individual services are NONREFUNDABLE. (ie. there are zero refunds for services). This term and condition may NOT be rescinded or canceled based upon any so-called “72 hour” provision or for any other reason. The client agrees and acknowledges that if they choose not to partake in any of the services the client will pay the full amount in which they signed up for. The account/card on file will be automatically charged on the 1st day of every month for three months if you purchase a packaged membership. The client authorizes Mikah And Music to charge the credit or debit card on file. Clients are aware that membership packages are discounted. Clients that have un-fulfilled invoice payments per client's request will not receive a lesson slot until payments are made. Overdue invoices may result in a $5.00 fee until paid. Students/Clients must communicate to the teacher through text, phone call, or email regarding cancellations within 24 hours of the lesson time in order to receive full make-up credit. Clients are not permitted to have more than two make up lessons in a month, all make up credit must be fulfilled within a week from the previously scheduled date in order to receive the make up credit (certain circumstances will permit longer). If this policy is violated the make-up credit will be voided.
